Lain, co-founder of Odyssey Teams, has delivered keynotes in more than 21 countries for clients including Microsoft, Hampton Hotels, Oracle, Charles Schwab, Johnson Controls, Caterpillar, Gallo Wines, DaVita, Shell, and Genentech, and has written for publications such as Entrepreneur Magazine, Inc. Magazine, and The Guardian. For 22 years he has been a part of the UCLA MBA “Foundations of Leadership Program.” He is a cancer survivor who lives in Chico, CA, with his wife and three children.
