Farrah Wilder
VP & Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer

A former civil rights attorney and more recently a REALTOR® with Compass, Farrah served on the Oakland Berkeley AOR (2014-2017), was 2018 Chair of C.A.R.’s Federal Committee, and a 6-time winner of Diablo Magazine Five Star Professional Award. She has a BA in Sociology from the University of Michigan, and earned her law degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She moved to Oakland to pursue a legal career, and after five years became a REALTOR®, starting The Wilder Group (2015). In 2020 she took the lead in supporting C.A.R.’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to heighten awareness, build alliances and increase capabilities for this initiative across the organization.
